Abstrid consists of three modules: Abstrid Store, for advanced customer management, with solutions that improve interaction and service through smart technologies, combining innovation and usability; Abstrid Kiosk for self-service sales experience for Customers in Store; Abstrid Gallery, to manage virtual catalogs for the B2B channel, oriented to the emotional showroom.

Abstract's solutions for physical and digital channels are seamlessly integrated, treating each channel at the same level and facilitating unified data management through a Unified Data Platform. Through the advanced and always up-to-date use of AI (Analytic and Generative), we enable the Retailer to increasingly understand customer buying behaviors, predict future trends and receive personalized suggestions.
