Abstract, in order to ensure responsible management and in line with legislative requirements, has adopted an internal system for the reporting of violations that aims to safeguard the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and protect him/her from retaliatory conduct as a result of the report, in line with the regulations issued on Whistleblowing (Legislative Decree No. 24 of 15 March 2023, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 into Italian law). The reporting system is illustrated in the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company. Abstract has set up its own dedicated channel, managed by autonomous and independent structures, through which it is possible to report conduct, acts and omissions of which the reporter has become aware in his or her own work context and which he or she believes may constitute a violation of the rules governing the subject. In particular, all whistleblowers are required to use a special platform to ensure, by computerized means, the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity.
